Requirements

About you:

• We seek to appoint an outstanding Chemistry Teacher for an immediate start.
• The candidate should be dynamic, enthusiastic, and well-qualified, holding at minimum a B.Ed. or a B.A. with a PGCE in Chemistry, along with QTS.
• Has a proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning, including experience teaching the subject across Key Stage 3, 4 & 5.
• Embodies a growth mindset, being reflective, adaptable, and solution focused.
• Is creative, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking, with the ability to inspire students.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Use data and assessment effectively to inform decision-making, raise attainment, and improve student progress.
• Has the ambition to contribute to a world‑class school environment, with a strong commitment to professional growth.
• Is passionate about providing enriched learning opportunities for students both in and beyond the classroom.
• Plays a key role in the wider life of the school through active involvement in extra‑curricular programmes and community initiatives, contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.
