Painter

• Providing professional friendly and engaging service.
• Painting interior and exterior areas of the hotel using brushes rollers spray guns or other applicators.
• Preparing surfaces for painting by washing sing sanding or sandblasting.
• Cutting in freehand or with tape spot priming and rolling walls.
• Caulking filling sanding trim; patching drywall; and rolling walls and trim.
• Mixing and matching paints enamels lacquers stains and special protective coatings.
• Identifying and repairing deficiencies in drywall millwork appliances fixtures flooring and windows.
• Assisting with preventative maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Maintaining an organized inventory of painting materials and supplies.
• Prioritizing tasks and working efficiently.
• Supporting Health & Safety standards and environmental sustainability programs.
• Collaborating with the Chief Engineer and team on projects and renovations.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of at least 2 years of working experience in a hotel or resort 
• Secondary / High school education
