Description
IIQAF is looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This full-time on-site position offers an incredible opportunity to support our executives and enhance operational efficiency within the Hospital/Health Care industry. As a Personal Assistant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
In this entry-level role you will be responsible for managing schedules coordinating meetings and handling various administrative tasks. You will have the chance to develop your professional skills while being an integral part of our dynamic team committed to providing exceptional care and service. We offer a competitive salary paid annually in USD that reflects your contribution to our mission.
Responsibilities
- Manage executives calendars and scheduling
- Coordinate and organize meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports
- Assist with project management and tracking
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
- Maintain organized files and records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
