Your Role

The Maintenance Technician is a crucial role responsible for performing a wide range of general repair and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge and understanding in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, ensuring our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

What we expect from you

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar handyman role.
• Broad knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, climbing, and bending.
