Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support the smooth running of our warehouse. In this role, you'll lead a team, ensure efficient workflows, and maintain high standards for inventory accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of warehouse staff including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
2. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team members meet performance targets.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
4. Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
5. Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to implement process improvements.
6. Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time.
7. Train and mentor warehouse employees to enhance their skills and productivity.
8. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts when needed.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an Inventory Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems (WMS).
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems quickly.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Nice to Have Skills:

1. Experience with working with ERP systems.
2. Familiarity with lean warehouse practices or Six Sigma methodologies.
3. Background in retail and eCommerce inventory management and logistics.
