Description:

Alif Ready Mix is expanding its finance team and is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to support daily accounting operations. This role is ideal for candidates who already have hands-on experience in UAE-based accounting environments and are familiar with local compliance requirements.

The selected candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, managing bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring smooth financial reporting processes. You will also play an important role in supporting VAT and Corporate Tax compliance activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Assist in preparation of financial reports and reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations

• Work with Zoho Books for accounting entries and reporting

• Support finance team in audit and reporting requirements

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of accounting experience in the UAE

• Proficiency in Zoho Books accounting software

• Strong understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings

• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Immediate availability required

Strong knowledge of:

• Zoho Books accounting system

• UAE VAT compliance and filing procedures

• Corporate Tax regulations in the UAE

• Basic accounting and reconciliation processes
