Piping Detailer

Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Piping Detailer to be an integral part of our team.  WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Accurately draw weld maps and spool drawings utilizing Autospool and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in reading Piping Isometric Drawings.
• Hands-on experience with AutoSpool/Spool Gen software and AutoCAD
• Be familiar with client project scope and specifications.  
• Draw shop pipe fabrication spools from client drawings utilizing AutoCAD.
• Do calculations necessary to support assigned work. 
• Perform drafting to accepted company, client, and industry standards .  

  WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Experience: 2 year of drafting experience in Pipe fabrication
• Computer Skills: AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Autospool is preferred.
