Description:

A leading Destination Management Company (DMC) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to expand its travel trade network and drive business growth across UAE and international markets. This role is suitable for a sales professional with strong experience in outbound sales, client acquisition, and travel industry partnerships.

The successful candidate will focus on developing new business opportunities, building relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate partners, while promoting destination services and holiday packages. The role requires a target-focused approach with strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate travel partners.

• Generate business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and client meetings.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel industry partners and key accounts.

• Promote holiday packages, destination services, and DMC solutions to potential clients.

• Generate leads, prepare sales proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements:
