About the Role

We are looking for a BIM Modeller to join our global design engineering team, supporting the delivery of complex data centre projects across the Middle East region.

In this role, you will develop high-quality BIM models and technical drawings that support project delivery from design through installation. Working closely with BIM Coordinators, Design Engineers, and Project Teams, you will help ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain BIM models and technical drawings for data centre projects
• Produce detailed product, submittal, and shop drawings, cutting lists, and supporting technical documentation
• Collaborate with BIM Coordinators and Design Engineers to ensure design requirements are accurately reflected in project deliverables
• Support the implementation of BIM standards and best practices across projects
• Assist Engineering, Strategic Accounts, and Project Management teams with BIM-related activities
• Contribute to the development and improvement of products, systems, and engineering solutions
• Support clash detection and model coordination activities where required
• Provide regular progress updates and highlight risks or challenges to the Design Lead - Middle East

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BIM, Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a BIM Modeller, BIM Technician, or CAD/BIM drafting role
• Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) and Navisworks (essential)
• Experience creating custom Revit families (essential)
• Strong BIM modelling and technical drafting experience with excellent attention to detail
• Experience working on construction, critical infrastructure, or data centre projects (preferred)
• Knowledge of Revizto and Dynamo (preferred)
• Experience supporting BIM coordination and clash detection activities (preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
