Senior Quality Leader, Defense Manufacturing & Compliance

Pulse Nova, a joint venture between EDGE and Indra, seeks a Head of Quality to lead QA/QC and governance across its defense manufacturing operations. You will drive the enterprise QMS, CAPA, supplier quality, and readiness for industrialization, working with senior leadership and customers on regulatory alignment.
The role requires 10+ years in quality leadership within defense or high‑reliability manufacturing, with UAE/Middle East experience highly valued.
