• The Receptionist serves as the initial point of contact for customers and visitors, promoting a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The role involves managing front-desk operations, supporting administrative activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and a positive company image. Success as a Receptionist is measured by effectiveness in meeting coordination, exceptional customer service, and efficient handling of calls and inquiries. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Meeting and Visitor Coordination

• Schedule meetings effectively and assist visitors with access, seating, and refreshments without delays.

Front Desk Operations

• Greet visitors and callers professionally, ensuring the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.

Customer Service Excellence

• Provide excellent customer service, resulting in positive feedback from visitors and staff.
• Resolve issues promptly and courteously.

Communication Management

• Direct calls and inquiries accurately and efficiently, relaying messages in a timely manner.

Administrative Support

• Complete and submit required reports, correspondence, and documentation accurately on time.

Record and Data Maintenance

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential visitor logs, contact lists, and internal records.

Support to Aftersales Operations

• Coordinate between reception and Aftersales team to contribute to smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy front-desk environment.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in a front-desk, customer service, or administrative support role, ideally within an automotive or service-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
