Position: Revit MEP Draftsman
Location: UAE
Contract Duration: 8 Months
Project: Major Infrastructure / Transportation Project
Employment Type: Contract
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, develop, and update MEP drawings using Autodesk Revit.
- Modify existing BIM/Revit models based on engineering requirements and mark-ups.
- Prepare coordinated MEP shop drawings and installation drawings.
- Produce detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare sections, elevations, layouts, and detailed MEP drawings.
- Incorporate engineering comments and maintain drawing revisions.
- Coordinate MEP services with Engineers, BIM teams, and other disciplines.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and technical requirements.
- Assist in resolving drawing and coordination issues during project execution.
- Maintain accurate and updated Revit models throughout the project.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Revit MEP Draftsman.
- Minimum 2 years of experience on infrastructure, transportation, or major building projects.
- Metro/tunnel project experience is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD .
- Knowledge of Navisworks is preferred.
- Experience in MEP coordination, shop drawings, and installation drawings.
- Ability to modify existing Revit models and incorporate engineering mark-ups.
- Diploma in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent .
- Good understanding of MEP services, pipe routing, and equipment layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams.

- A practical Revit assessment will be conducted before mobilization.
- Only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be considered.
