B2B Sales Representative, EU & US Markets

A new-business sales role based in Dubai. You prospect eCommerce merchants across Europe and the US, take every deal from first outreach to signed contract, and hand new clients to Account Management. Build the book, close the deals, shape the playbook. EU working hours, which is roughly late morning to evening in Dubai, with flexible overlap for US client meetings.

We are looking for a salesperson who finds and closes their own deals. You will sell print-on-demand production to eCommerce merchants in Europe and the US, and you will run the full sales cycle yourself.

The Role

Our B2B segment is growing fast, and Europe and the US are the key markets. You will win new clients: Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplace merchants who are scaling and need a production partner that keeps up. We already work with many European and North American eCommerce brands; your job is to add new ones in Europe and in the US.

Most of your pipeline comes from your own outreach. You will also receive inbound leads to qualify and convert. Once a client is signed and running, colleagues take over the day-to-day relationship, and you focus on the next deal. This is a new-business role.

In a nutshell: Hunt EU/US eCommerce merchants. Own the full cycle from cold outreach to signed contract. Hand off clean accounts and go close the next one.

Working hours: This role operates on EU working hours (Riga time), which is roughly late morning to evening in Dubai. On occasion, you may need to extend your day by 1 to 2 hours to join a client meeting in US time zones, but there are no fixed US working hours.

What You Will Do

• → Win new clients: Identify, contact, and close new B2B clients in Europe and the US, mainly eCommerce merchants with strong growth.

• → Own the full sales cycle: Prospecting, qualification, discovery, negotiation, closing.

• → Build your pipeline: Keep it strong through your own outbound work and by converting inbound leads.

• → Drive deals to a decision: Manage opportunities, handle objections, and guide clients to a decision.

• → Hand over cleanly: Give new clients a good start, with a clean internal handover.

• → Work cross-functionally: Align with Marketing, Product, and Operations on offers and closing strategy.

• → Represent the company: Attend industry events in the eCommerce and POD market.

Who We're Looking For

Sounds like you?

• → 2 to 4+ years closing B2B deals in eCommerce, POD, SaaS, or another merchant-facing category.

• → A real hunter: strong motivation and ability to acquire new clients, build pipeline and close deals.

• → EU/US market understanding: familiarity with EU/US client expectations, communication styles, business culture and buying behavior.

• → Track record of full-cycle ownership: you've prospected, negotiated, and closed deals end to end.

• → AI proficiency: experience using AI tools to improve prospecting, outreach, and sales efficiency.

• → Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

• → Comfortable with HubSpot or similar CRM.
