This role is ideal for engineers with experience in production planning, manufacturing optimization, and quality control.

As a Production Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows, optimize manufacturing processes, and contribute to achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily manufacturing activities to ensure efficient production.
• Track production work-in-progress (WIP) and manage inventory within production areas.
• Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Provide engineering support for manufacturing equipment and maintenance activities.
• Identify production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and equipment guidelines to improve production consistency.
• Support initiatives that improve product quality, production reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs, including 5S and workplace safety initiatives.
• Train and guide production team members on manufacturing best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare production reports and monitor performance against operational targets.
• Stay updated with modern manufacturing technologies and engineering practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering .
• 4–6 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling.
• Experience with process improvement and lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
