Restaurant Manager – One&Only Royal Mirage Resort

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5* hotel or resort.
• Strong background in managing busy restaurant operations and serving high‑profile, diverse clientele.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and motivate staff to adhere to high professional standards and SOPs.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
