Operations Manager- Swimming pool & Landscapes

An organized and experienced Operations Manager with a background in swimming pool construction and landscape design-build

What Youll Do:

• Manage daily operations including project planning and scheduling
  
• Lead and guide project managers supervisors and technicians
  
• Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards
  
• Coordinate with clients vendors and subcontractors
  
• Suggest improvements and help with financial decisions
  
• Track project progress and report using KPIs and other tools
  

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

• 5 years experience in swimming pool construction landscaping or similar fields
  
• Strong leadership and project management skills
  
• Knowledge of swimming pool and landscape design
  
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  
• Degree in construction management landscape architecture or related field is a plus
