• Take food and beverage orders from guests via phone or in person.
• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Set up and clear dining areas in guest rooms ensuring cleanliness.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu including specials and dietary needs.
• Process guest payments and handle transactions (cash/credit card).
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Ensure proper setup of trays carts and room service equipment.
• Restock and replenish room service items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the room service area.
• Assist with preparing condiments utensils and beverages for service.
• Ensure guests are satisfied and encourage feedback.
• Uphold hotel safety hygiene and food safety standards.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in food service (room service experience preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
