Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking as instructed by the Chef.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients and ensure proper portion control.
- Keep the kitchen and workstations clean and organized.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with stock handling and minimize food wastage.
- Work effectively with the kitchen team during busy periods.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Commis 2 or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
