Agile Delivery Lead

Responsibilities
- Facilitate planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily coordination for AI product squads
- Coach product managers, data scientists, and engineers on agile principles
- Identify and resolve blockers and manage dependencies across teams
- Maintain visibility into tasks, issues, risks, and action items
- Plan and organize sprint demos and product testing events
- Track and improve delivery health using flow metrics
- Support onboarding of new team members and champion continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in agile delivery, facilitation, or team lead roles
- Demonstrated ability to use Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches
- Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent
- Familiarity with backlog and delivery management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in large, regulated industries
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting AI, data science, or machine learning teams
- Exposure to Epic implementation or healthcare IT environments
- Experience supporting multiple product teams simultaneously
- Understanding of healthcare operations or clinical informatics
