We are looking to recruit dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced Admission Counselor who is available to join immediately.

Job Profile:

• Responsible to achieve student admission targets set by the school management.
• Responsible to deliver excellent customer service, maintaining effective communication with parents and students.
• Follow-up on the leads generated, attend to enquiries by phone and mail.
• Ensure the centum conversion of the queries to admissions
• Update, maintain and manage the prospective and existing student information database.
• Ensure the complete documentation before the registration process.
• To coordinate with academic heads for student assessments.
• To communicate with parents on the admission status of their wards.
• Liaise with KHDA coordinator to ensure all new students are registered.
• Ensure to meet the timeline to completed the compliance tasks i.e. signing of Parent School Contracts .
• To prepare a student projection plan & to ensure that the student count adheres to the KHDA Guidelines
• Responsible for updating the school portal and KHDA portal with promoted students after each academic year.
• Responsible to counsel the parents seeking TCs
• In charge to process the transfer certificates and coordinating with departments to complete the exit process.
• Handling parental grievances as a first point of contact and assigning the concern to appropriate department.
• Any other task assigned by the reporting head or the Head of School.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Business Administration or Equivalent
• Experience of 3-4 years in similar position in the UAE.
• Excellent knowledge of CBSE/IB/IGCSE curricula and student enrollment procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of sales and marketing strategies is desirable.
• Candidates on dependent visa and available to join immediately are given the priority
