Description:

AI Case Leads is seeking an experienced PPC Media Buyer specializing in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads search campaigns. The company generates personal injury cases for law firms across the United States and is looking for a performance-focused professional who can manage high-intent search traffic and optimize campaigns for profitable lead generation.

This role is ideal for a paid search specialist who understands competitive advertising environments, conversion-focused strategies, and data-driven optimization. The successful candidate will work closely with creative, landing page, and intake teams to improve campaign performance and maximize return on advertising spend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, launch, manage, and scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads search campaigns across multiple states and markets.

• Develop keyword strategies, including keyword research, match types, negative keywords, and search term analysis.

• Create and test ad copy, assets, extensions, and campaign structures.

• Manage bidding strategies including tCPA, Max Conversions, and manual bidding where required.

• Optimize campaigns based on qualified leads and signed case performance rather than clicks alone.

• Implement offline conversion tracking and feed qualified case data back into advertising platforms.

• Collaborate with web teams to test landing pages and forms to improve conversion rates and lead quality.

• Track full-funnel performance metrics including CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CPL, lead quality, and cost per signed case.

• Monitor competitors, auction insights, and new market opportunities.

• Identify and resolve issues including wasted spend, tracking errors, policy concerns, and quality score drops.

• Maintain testing records to document strategies, results, and future optimization plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads search experience.

• Proven experience managing and scaling significant monthly advertising budgets.

• Strong understanding of search campaign structures, keyword match types, negative keywords, and Smart Bidding.

• Experience with conversion tracking setup and offline conversion imports.

• Strong background in direct-response marketing and lead generation.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and making decisions based on performance data.

• Experience managing multiple campaigns and markets simultaneously.

• Experience in personal injury, legal, insurance, or other high-cost-per-click industries is strongly preferred.

• Microsoft Ads experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with call tracking and call-based conversions is an advantage.
