We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support our Managing Directors in their daily correspondence and activities. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. He/she should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf and ensure effective communication between the executive and other staff members. We also require the candidate to have a good command on excel and generating of reports for the company, and at least 3 years minimum of relevant experience.
