Role Overview
- Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research on laws regulations and industry standards relevant to our business operations.
- Contract Drafting and Review: Assist in drafting reviewing and revising a variety of commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Compliance Support: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer and employee activities align with legal requirements and corporate policies.
- Documentation Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a centralized database for commercial contracts and legal documentation.
- Meeting Participation: Attend meetings take and share meeting notes provide legal insights and contributing to decisionmaking processes.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance in organizing and managing commercial legal files.
