Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a Data Entry Operator to support accurate and efficient data management and administrative operations within our hospitality business in Abu Dhabi. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for entering, updating, verifying, organizing, and maintaining company information, records, reports, and documents across digital systems and databases.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and experience with data entry, data processing, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, database management, document management, record keeping, and administrative support . This position is suitable for candidates with experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, Data Processing Clerk, Records Clerk, Administrative Data Entry Assistant, or Office Data Entry Clerk .

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, verify, and maintain accurate information in company databases, spreadsheets, ERP systems, and internal software.
• Perform daily data entry and data processing tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Review source documents, forms, invoices, reports, records, and other information before entering data into computer systems.
• Verify entered information and identify missing, duplicate, incorrect, or inconsistent data.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records according to company procedures.
• Update customer, supplier, employee, inventory, purchasing, sales, and operational records when required.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain Excel spreadsheets, databases, reports, forms, and administrative documents .
• Retrieve and provide accurate information from databases, spreadsheets, and electronic records when requested.
• Generate basic data reports, summaries, lists, and spreadsheets for management and internal departments.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, procurement, operations, sales, inventory, and other departments to collect and verify required information.
• Complete assigned data entry tasks within established deadlines while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; diploma or degree in business administration, computer applications, information management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, Data Processing Clerk, Records Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or Office Data Entry Assistant is preferred.
• Previous experience in the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, travel, tourism, retail, or service industry is an advantage.
• Proven experience performing accurate and high-volume data entry and data processing tasks.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and database systems .
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, hotel management, inventory management, or other business software is an advantage.
• Ability to accurately enter and verify large amounts of information within required deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE business documentation and administrative procedures is an advantage.
