Store Keeper

Description

A dynamic organization is looking for a dedicated and efficient Storekeeper to handle store operations, control inventory movement, and ensure materials and products are properly received, stored, and maintained according to company standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage the daily activities of the store and ensure smooth operations

Receive, check, and store incoming materials, supplies, and products

Issue items based on approved requests and maintain proper records

Maintain updated stock lists and inventory documentation

Arrange materials in an organized manner for easy identification and access

Monitor stock availability and report shortages or excess inventory

Assist in monthly stock counts and inventory reconciliation

Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and other departments for material requirements

Ensure proper handling and storage of items to avoid damage or loss

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Storekeeper or in inventory-related roles

Knowledge of warehouse operations, stock handling, and documentation

Ability to maintain accurate records and follow inventory procedures

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting

Ability to work independently and manage daily store responsibilities

Reliable, disciplined, and team-oriented approach
