Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Project Manager to lead Sanso’s full spectrum of information and communication technologies—covering Cybersecurity, Telecom Systems, FinTech infrastructure, Consumer IoT, Mobile App DevOps, Programming, Quality Assurance, and Strategic R&D. The ideal candidate will architect and safeguard scalable tech environments while driving innovation, compliance, and operational efficiency across all verticals.
- Architect enterprise-level cybersecurity policies & IT infrastructure and systems for Sanso.
- Ensure full compliance with GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, NIST 2.0
- Must be familiar with EMV Interfaces & industry card payment standards.
- Conduct regular penetration testing, threat assessments, and incident response drills
- Oversee encryption standards (E2EE, TLS, & Sanso's own security & encryption protocols etc.) for communication, transactions, and user data
Telecom & Communication Infrastructure
- Design & Implement telecom APIs and integrations
R&D and Innovation Leadership
- Lead tech feasibility studies, emerging tech prototyping (e.g., smart wearables, eSIM, NFC, Tap & Pay Payments, QR Payments, embedded payment devices)
- Evaluate new frameworks and tools in AI/ML, Edge Computing, Blockchain where relevant
- Drive innovation in privacy-first communication and EV-software interfaces
- Oversee end-to-end payment infrastructure, KYC/AML security, and compliance.
- Manage virtual/physical card systems, PCI-DSS standards, fraud prevention & dispute management.
Programming, DevOps & Infrastructure
- Manage internal teams or external partners for React, Node.js, React Native, and microservices architecture.
- Guide cloud infrastructure setup
Quality Assurance & Control
- Implement end-to-end QA & QC practices for hardware and software products
- Oversee test automation frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Selenium, Postman, Appium)
- Conduct performance benchmarking, regression testing, and hardware validation for smart electronics
Education & Experience Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Security, or related fields
- Min. 5–6 years of experience in leadership
- Strong cross-functional understanding of FinTech, IoT/Hardware, Telecom, and Secure Mobile App development
- Experience in managing DevSecOps, Cloud, and Cybersecurity for B2B/B2C software systems
- Certifications like CISSP, CEH, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or AWS Certified Security Specialist are a plus
