Fire Alarm Estimation Engineer - UAE Codes & NFPA-72

Position Description:
We seek a candidate well-versed in UAE fire codes NFPA-72 and proficient in fire and line safety protocols. The ideal candidate should have experience estimating FAS, FAVE, PAVA, CBS, and Emergency Lighting systems. Key responsibilities include designing Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems across projects of varying scales, meticulously preparing estimates based on project specifications, and reviewing blueprints to determine necessary resources. Collaboration with project managers and sales teams, conducting site visits, and sourcing materials are integral to the role. Candidates with expertise in Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Voice Evacuation, and PAVA systems are preferred.
Candidate Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required.
At least 2 years of experience in fire alarm system estimation or equivalent roles.
Possession of relevant certifications in fire alarm system design and estimation is essential.
Previous experience in the construction or electrical industry is preferred.
Proficiency in fire alarm system components, codes, and regulations is necessary.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office, are required.
