Fundamental Hospitality is looking for passionate and experienced Hostesses to join our teams across 3 of our Dubai concepts: Sirene Beach by GAIA, Shanghai Me, and KIGO.

We are seeking confident, guest-focused individuals who understand the importance of a warm welcome and can deliver a seamless, elevated experience from the moment guests arrive.

The Venues

Sirene Beach by GAIA

An Aegean-inspired beach club where Mediterranean flavours, refined hospitality, and vibrant coastal energy come together in a distinctive beachfront experience.

Shanghai Me

A sophisticated Pan-Asian dining concept blending bold flavours, contemporary design, and an energetic yet refined atmosphere.

KIGO

A Japanese Omakase concept at Four Seasons Dubai, offering an intimate and elevated dining experience centred around Japanese culinary artistry and exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly greet all guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently.
• Coordinate closely with the service team to ensure a seamless dining or beach club experience.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the venue, concept, menu, and daily operations.
• Recognise and accommodate the preferences of regular, VIP, and high-profile guests.
• Ensure the reception area and guest-facing spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
• Support the team in delivering an exceptional and personalised guest experience.
• Maintain impeccable grooming, presentation, and professional etiquette at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess in a luxury restaurant, beach club, or high-end hospitality/ lifestyle environment.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally warm and welcoming personality.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Confident, composed, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
