PR Executive

In partnership with our client, a premium personal brand and business group based in the UAE, we are seeking a PR Executive to develop and execute public relations strategies that strengthen brand positioning, expand media presence, and build the kind of reputation that opens doors. Who are we looking for?

• You are a PR professional with 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally with exposure to personal brands, influencer PR, or premium and luxury brand communications.
• You are a strong writer who can craft press releases, media kits, and communication materials that are clear, compelling, and on-brand.
• You are a relationship builder with an active network of journalists, media houses, influencers, and industry contacts that you know how to activate.
• You are strategic and proactive, always looking for the next placement opportunity, speaking engagement, or editorial feature that will move the needle for the brand.
• You are organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns, collaborations, and media activities simultaneously without dropping the ball.
• You are composed under pressure, able to support crisis communication situations with professionalism and good judgement.

Your Responsibilities…

PR Strategy and Execution

• You will develop and execute PR strategies aligned with business and branding objectives, driving consistent and positive brand visibility across media channels.
• You will draft and distribute press releases, media kits, announcements, and communication materials that represent the brand with clarity and professionalism.

Media and Stakeholder Relations

• You will build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, agencies, and industry stakeholders, keeping those relationships warm and activated.
• You will secure media placements, interviews, podcasts, speaking engagements, and editorial features that strengthen the brand's public profile and credibility.

Campaign and Event Coordination

• You will coordinate PR campaigns, collaborations, and event-related media activities, ensuring all activity is executed on time and aligned with broader marketing objectives.
• You will work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure messaging consistency across all public-facing communications.

Monitoring and Reporting

• You will monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and brand reputation across channels, identifying opportunities and flagging risks early.
• You will track PR KPIs including media pickup, share of voice, earned media value, and sentiment analysis, preparing performance reports and media coverage summaries for management review.
• You will support crisis communication and reputation management initiatives when required, acting with speed, professionalism, and sound judgement.

To be considered for this role you should have…

• A Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of PR experience, preferably handling personal brands, influencer PR, or premium and luxury brands.
• Strong press release and corporate communication writing skills.
• An active network of media contacts, journalists, and influencer relationships.
• Experience in PR campaign planning, media monitoring, and performance reporting.
• PRCA, CIPR, or MEPRA certifications are preferred.
