Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Maintenance:
   Regularly update and maintain the content, features, and functionality of our websites.
   Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance and functionality.
2. Security and Compliance:
   Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard against cyber threats and ensure data protection.
   Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including data privacy laws.
3. Content Management:
   Manage and upload website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
   Ensure content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligns with the company's branding and messaging.
4. Website Optimization:
   Monitor website performance, analyzing traffic, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
   Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility and user engagement.
5. User Support:
   Provide technical support to users who encounter issues while navigating the website.
   Address user inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
6. Backup and Recovery:
   Establish and maintain data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard website data.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Web Administrator or a similar role in website management.
2. Proficiency in web content management systems (CMS) and web development technologies.
3. Knowledge of web security best practices and data protection regulations.
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining the quality and integrity of web content.
7. Understanding of SEO principles and web analytics.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in web administration and cybersecurity are a plus.
