Dealers ensure the precise and professional execution of assigned games while upholding General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) standards and Wynn’s internal regulations.## Responsibilities:* Deal Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and other approved table games with accuracy and professionalism.* Manage cards, wagers, payouts, and game procedures.* Maintain table integrity and compliance with GCGRA regulations.* Participate in briefings, promotional activities, and operational updates.* Identify and report suspicious activity or disputes.* Deliver exceptional guest service, including game explanations and complaint handling.* Build rapport with players and contribute to a premium gaming environment.## Candidate Profile:* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a casino dealer.* Strong proficiency in Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat.* High school diploma required; dealer training preferred.* Conversational English required; additional languages are an advantage.* Excellent mathematical ability, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.* Professional, trustworthy, and composed under pressure.* Adaptable to rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and a smoking environment.* Open to all nationalities; Multilingual candidates and Arabic speakers are desirable.## Compensation & Benefits:* Taxfree salary: USD $1,000 – $1,900 per month* Tips shared exclusively between Dealers and Supervisors* No living expenses (accommodation, meals, transport, uniforms, laundry all provided)* High-end accommodation for long-term housing* Full medical insurance* Residency permit & visa arranged by the resort* 6-day work week, rotational evening & night shifts* Excellent leave policy, incentives, and additional benefits* Indefinite contract after a successful 6-month probationary periodTo apply, upload your CV in PDF format, titled with your full name, and ensure it includes your years of dealing and supervising experience, single‐zero roulette experience, call bets experience, and a recent photograph.Applications that do not include these details or are not submitted as a PDF cannot be processed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
