Overview:

Orbit ISS are currently seeking experienced and certified PCN Level II Inspectors with qualifications in Ultrasonic Testing (UT Sectors 3.1 3.2 3.7 3.8 & 3.9) PAUT and TOFD to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing advanced ultrasonic testing activities in compliance with project specifications international standards and client requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Perform advanced ultrasonic inspections using conventional UT PAUT and TOFD techniques in accordance with applicable project specifications and international standards (ISO ASME EN API).
  
• Set up calibrate and operate ultrasonic testing equipment.
  
• Interpret test results evaluate discontinuities and ensure compliance with acceptance criteria.
  
• Prepare review and maintain accurate inspection reports and NDT documentation.
  
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams welding inspectors and Level III personnel to ensure quality requirements are met.
  
• Verify equipment calibration status and ensure certification validity is maintained.
  
• Ensure full compliance with site safety regulations HSE policies and quality control procedures.
  
• Support client audits and third-party inspections when required.

Requirements

• Certification for PCN UT Level II Sectors 3.1 3.2 3.7 3.8 & 3.9 / PCN PAUT Level II / PCN TOFD Level II are required.
  
• Proven hands-on experience in advanced UT methods including PAUT and TOFD.
  
• Experience in oil & gas offshore fabrication yard or heavy industrial projects is preferred.
  
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings welding procedures (WPS/PQR) and technical standards.
  
• Sound knowledge of international inspection codes and standards.
  
• Strong analytical reporting and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
