Head of Reliability - AI Docs & Incident Leadership
$80 per hourHUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology
Ethos is seeking heads of reliability to lead reliability efforts for training AI systems on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the creation and evaluation of blameless postmortems and root-cause analyses, and craft precise documentation and slide decks to support on-call playbooks and SRE workflows.
The role offers flexible, part-time engagement (5-20 hours/week) and is fully remote, with ASAP start. Compensation is $80/hour.
