Saikindō is a Japanese‑inspired music and mixology bar located at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island.

About the role

The Saikindō Assistant Server position assists the Food Server in providing an expertly served dining experience by clearing and resetting tables according to standards.

What you will do

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the F&B Outlet Manager, Director of Beverage, Asst. Director of F&B and Hotel Manager.

What you bring

• A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
• An outgoing personality and a can‑do approach to an assigned task.
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and/or wine.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
