Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems at project sites.
- Ensure all mechanical works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, inspections, and work schedules.
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in MEP contracting, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and project specifications.
