Sales Executive

Modest Educational Suppliers LLC is a Dubai-based educational distributor supplying schools, nurseries, colleges, and educational institutions across the UAE with international curricula, textbooks, learning resources, stationery, and digital educational products.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive – Educational Sector to join our team and develop our school and nursery business across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow B2B sales with schools, nurseries, educational institutions, and learning centres across the UAE.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, School Management, Heads of Departments, Coordinators, Nursery Managers, and purchasing teams.

Present and promote educational curricula, textbooks, learning resources, and related products.

Identify new schools and nursery accounts and generate new business opportunities.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, appointments, presentations, quotations, negotiations, closing, and account follow-up.

Conduct regular face-to-face school and nursery visits across the UAE.

Monitor market developments, curriculum requirements, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer database, visit reports, and sales forecasts.

Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business development strategy.

Required Experience & Qualifications

This position is specifically suited to candidates with experience in the UAE educational market.

2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the UAE educational sector.

Experience with educational publishers, curriculum providers, school suppliers, educational distributors, or school/nursery sales is strongly preferred.

Existing knowledge of the UAE school and nursery market and established relationships with educational institutions will be a strong advantage.

Understanding of school purchasing processes, curriculum requirements, textbook adoption, and educational procurement.

Proven ability to independently generate leads, arrange school meetings, present products, negotiate, and close sales.

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Fluent in Arabic and English Language.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, professional, and capable of working independently.

This is a field-based B2B sales role, with a combination of office work, client meetings, and regular visits to schools and nurseries.
