Account Manager Korean Market | On-Site in Dubai, UAE

What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for Korean-language clients, delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term relationships
- Manage the full account lifecycle: onboarding, performance tracking, issue resolution, and strategic growth planning
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product, compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Analyze client data and market trends, provide insights and recommendations to drive client success and business development
- Drive client renewals, upselling opportunities, and ensure overall retention and account profitability
- Represent our brand and values in client interactions, maintaining high standards of professionalism and responsiveness
Who You Are
- Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) and strong professional proficiency in English
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar role ideally with Korean-speaking clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly analytical with the ability to understand client data, trends, and drive actionable insights
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Willing to work onsite in Dubai , UAE and engage directly with global teams and clients
