Technician - Multi Skilled

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems in facilities across the UAE. This role ensures all building systems operate safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime and supporting a comfortable environment for occupants.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair HVAC and electrical systems, including pumps, motors, compressors, and units (split, package, cassette, FCU, FAHU, AHU).
• Troubleshoot and replace faulty components in MDB, SMDB, DB, and capacitor banks.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
• Perform system cleaning, adjustments, and emergency repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and carry out preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Maintenance experience in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing
• 2 years of GCC Experience or 5 years of experience in FM Industry or maintenance
• ITI Certified preferred
