Job Description
A Lobby Hostess serves as the first point of contact for guests entering the hotel. The role is responsible for providing a warm welcome, assisting guests with inquiries, coordinating with various hotel departments, and ensuring an exceptional luxury guest experience that reflects the standards of a 5-star hotel.
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Assist guests with directions, hotel information, facilities, events, and services.
- Manage guest flow in the lobby and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Desk, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to meet guest needs.
- Escort VIP guests when required and provide personalized service.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation options, and promotions.
- Monitor lobby appearance and report any cleanliness, maintenance, or safety concerns.
- Support guest relations activities and special events.
- Ensure adherence to hotel standards, policies, and luxury service protocols.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotel's brand image at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, customer service, or luxury hotel operations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional grooming and presentation in line with 5-star hotel standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
