Lifeguard Talent Pool

We are building a Lifeguard Talent Pool for upcoming hiring across Dubai Holding Entertainment’s water-based attractions. If you are safety-focused, physically fit and confident working in fast-paced outdoor environments, we would like to hear from you.

About the Role

Lifeguard responsibilities will typically include:

Supervising guests in pools and water attractions

Maintaining constant vigilance to prevent accidents

Responding quickly and professionally to emergencies

Performing rescues and administering first aid when required

Enforcing safety rules and ensuring a safe guest experience

Carrying out regular safety, equipment and area checks

Participating in emergency drills

Reporting hazards, incidents or operational issues to supervisors

Please note:
Lifeguard roles are fully outdoors and require shift work, weekends and public holidays.

About You

We are looking for candidates who are:

Lifeguard certified (Ellis, RLSS or equivalent), or willing to undergo certification

Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role

Confident, alert and able to respond under pressure

Comfortable working outdoors for long periods

Strong communicators with a guest-focused mindset

Able to work in a multicultural environment

Reliable, professional and safety-driven
