About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Multimedia Specialist to drive day-to-day creative output across global brand campaigns, product marketing, digital acquisition initiatives, and promotional activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented multimedia professional who combines advanced motion design expertise with premium video production capabilities. You will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through engaging visual storytelling while helping to manage creative workflows across multiple stakeholders and projects.

Working closely with the Head of Design, you will also help launch and operate our new in-house multimedia and podcast studio, producing high-quality content that supports our global marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Multimedia & Creative Production

• Create compelling multimedia assets across digital, web, CRM, social media, paid advertising, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop advanced motion graphics, animations, and dynamic video content for multi-channel marketing initiatives.
• Lead the full video production process, including concept development, scripting, filming, lighting, audio capture, editing, and post-production.
• Manage technical production workflows within the company's in-house podcast and video studio.
• Translate complex marketing briefs into engaging, commercially effective visual content.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and global standards.
• Support the development and delivery of assets for major global and regional marketing campaigns.

Creative Workflow & Stakeholder Management:

• Manage incoming creative requests from Marketing, Product, CRM, Social Media, and regional teams.
• Prioritise projects according to business impact, campaign objectives, and delivery deadlines.
• Improve briefing processes and contribute to more efficient creative workflows.
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and the design team to ensure smooth project execution and communication.

Brand Development:

• Help protect, maintain, and evolve the visual identity of Hantec Markets across all customer touchpoints.
• Ensure consistency across digital campaigns, websites, motion content, video production, and marketing collateral.
• Contribute fresh creative ideas, innovative motion techniques, and multimedia formats that enhance brand differentiation in a competitive financial services environment.

Performance-Focused Creativity:

• Understand how creative assets influence engagement, acquisition, and conversion performance.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing teams to optimise creative effectiveness.
• Apply campaign insights, testing results, and performance data to continuously improve creative output.

About You

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in a Multimedia Specialist, Motion Designer, Video Producer, or similar creative role.
• Experience within financial services, fintech, brokerage, trading, or agency environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Portfolio:

• A strong portfolio and motion showreel showcasing:
• Advanced motion graphics
• High-quality video production
• Strong visual storytelling
• Typography and layout design
• Multi-channel campaign execution

Studio Experience:

• Previous experience setting up, managing, or operating an in-house video or podcast studio is highly advantageous.
• Hands-on knowledge of professional camera equipment, lighting setups, audio recording, and production workflows is preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
• Equivalent practical experience supported by an outstanding portfolio will also be considered.

Desirable:

• Experience producing assets for paid media, landing pages, email marketing, and social media channels.
• Understanding of adapting motion and creative assets across multiple digital formats and platforms.
