FSI-JB-541 / MEP BIM Coordinator

• Lead BIM coordination for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and ELV services.
  
• Develop, review, and maintain coordinated MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP .
  
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage and resolve clashes with Architectural and Structural disciplines.
  
• Coordinate BIM activities with consultants, clients, architects, structural engineers, and subcontractors.
  
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings, builders' work drawings, sleeve drawings, and installation drawings.
  
• Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Development (LOD), and company BIM standards.
  
• Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and prepare clash detection reports.
  
• Review consultant comments and update BIM models accordingly.
  
• Generate schedules, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and drawing documentation from Revit models.
  
• Manage model revisions, BIM documentation, and project data throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Coordinate site requirements and provide BIM support during construction.
  
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, including Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense, DDA, Trakhees, and other relevant authorities .
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP BIM Coordinator .
  
• Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building and Villa projects.
  
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP .
  
• Advanced knowledge of Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
  
• Good understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems .
  
• Experience in preparing coordinated BIM models, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
  
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD requirements, and Common Data Environment (CDE).
  
• Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360 is preferred.
  
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  
• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and local authority approval procedures.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
