About the Role

As a Procurement Officer at LINKVIVA reporting to the Procurement Manager you will play a key role in ensuring that both project and non-project requirements are sourced efficiently cost-effectively and in line with our quality standards. You will be responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle from vendor sourcing and negotiations through to purchase orders documentation and budget tracking supporting the successful delivery of our events and operations.

What Youll Do

Identify evaluate and onboard potential vendors suppliers and contractors across event materials and services building and maintaining a strong supplier database

Manage vendor registration processes ensuring verified suppliers are approved through internal systems and management sign-off

Secure a minimum of 35 quotations per requirement conduct comparisons and negotiate pricing contracts and terms to achieve the best value while maintaining quality standards

Generate and manage purchase orders ensuring accuracy compliance and timely delivery of goods and services

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to monitor procurement budgets track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities

Ensure all procured materials and services meet agency standards project specifications and operational requirements

Build and maintain strong long-term supplier relationships to support future project delivery

Monitor and manage inventory levels for event materials reducing wastage and maintaining optimal stock levels

Maintain accurate documentation and records of procurement activities contracts and vendor communications

About You

You are detail-oriented and commercially aware with a structured approach to procurement and a commitment to quality. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident working across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in a related field (Engineering preferred)

23 years of procurement or supply chain experience within the UAE events fabrication joinery or production industry

Strong negotiation and supplier management experience

Proficiency in procurement systems and tools

Excellent organizational and communication skills
