Head Mermaid Performer & Show Leader

Atlantis Dubai, part of Kerzner International, seeks a Head Mermaid Diver for The Lost World Aquarium. You will lead the Mermaid team, choreograph shows, train staff, and drive safety and guest experience excellence.
Expect to manage schedules, recruit and mentor Mermaid Trainees and Senior Mermaids, while occasionally performing in shows. You must have 5+ years in mermaid or aquatic performance and at least 2 years in leadership.
