We have an urgent requirement for Senior Techno-Functional Engineer – Credit Card in Banking Domain for one of our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Credit Card products, lifecycle management, business processes, and banking integrations--- Must Work with card management platforms such as VisionPLUS, PRIME, TSYS, Way4, or PowerCARD, along with Oracle Database, SQL, Java, JavaScript, SOAP, and Postman--Must Support SIT, UAT, migration, cutover, production stabilization, and collaborate with business, vendors, architects, and development teams in card modernization initiatives.--- Must Gather business requirements, create functional specifications, support API, middleware, event-driven integrations, data mapping, and solution design reviews-- Must Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the subject matter expert for Credit Card products, processes, and system integrations.
- Define and validate business and integration requirements between card systems, core banking, channels, payment networks, collections, finance, CRM, and digital platforms.
- Support API, event-driven, and middleware integration design by providing card domain expertise.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, process flows, and integration requirements.
- Support solution design reviews, impact assessments, data mapping, and interface specifications.
- Required Experience / Knowledge Areas
- 8-12 years of experience in Credit Card technology, cards operations, cards product management, or cards transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Credit Card lifecycle including:
- Card Origination
- Card Issuance
- Authorization
- Billing & Statement Generation
- Payments & Collections
- Credit Limit Management
- Disputes & Chargebacks
- Rewards & Loyalty
- Fraud & Risk Controls
- Experience working with leading card management platforms such as VisionPLUS, PRIME, TSYS, Way4, PowerCARD, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of card-related integrations with Core Banking, Digital Channels, Payment Switches, Visa, Mastercard, Finance, CRM, and Enterprise Data Platforms.
- Experience with APIs, middleware platforms, event-driven architecture, and modern integration patterns.
- Good understanding of Oracle Database, SQL, and data analysis concepts.
- Prior experience in banking transformation, card modernization, or digital banking initiatives is highly desirable
