Programme Manager, Executive Degrees

Responsibilities
- Coordinate all pre-programme preparation activities and manage participant onboarding
- Manage programme communications regarding schedules, learning platforms, and logistics
- Manage relationships with external vendors and oversee service delivery
- Liaise with Faculty members to secure pedagogical materials and requirements
- Prepare and coordinate virtual learning requirements and online sessions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for programme participants during delivery
- Oversee on-campus examinations and coordinate venue planning
- Manage post-programme academic administration, including grade collection and verification
- Oversee programme evaluations and drive high response rates
- Lead programme closure activities including financial reconciliation and vendor follow-up
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or events management
- 4 years of experience in events coordination or client-facing roles in a multinational environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, and Business Objects/Power BI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to travel and work occasionally on Saturdays or public holidays
