We work with leading developers including Emaar DAMAC Sobha and Ellington delivering a strategic data-driven approach to property investment.
As part of our next phase of growth we are rebuilding our digital presence into a high-performance multilingual conversion-focused platform for global investors.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced WordPress Website Developer to lead the full-cycle development of our new website from architecture and build through to migration of existing property listings and final deployment (go-live) .
This role requires a strong focus on performance scalability data integrity and seamless transition from the current website.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development
- Build a custom high-performance WordPress website (lightweight scalable SEO-first)
- Develop a modern premium UI/UX aligned with an international investment audience
Implement mobile-first responsive design
Multilingual & Internationalisation
- Implement a multilingual framework (English Arabic initially scalable further)
Enable geo-based personalisation (currency messaging region-specific content)
Property Listings Migration
- Audit existing website structure and data (properties images metadata)
- Migrate all existing property listings to the new website without data loss
Clean restructure and optimise listing data for:
SEO
Performance
User experience
Ensure correct mapping of:
URLs (301 redirects where needed)
Property metadata (price size bedrooms etc.)
Media assets (images galleries)
Integrations
- Integrate with:
- CRM systems (e.g. Zoho CRM)
Lead capture tools (e.g. Gravity Forms or alternatives)
Property data feeds (Houzez or custom API integrations)
Performance & SEO
- Optimise for Core Web Vitals and achieve high PageSpeed scores (90 target)
- Implement technical SEO best practices (schema indexing structure)
- Set up caching CDN and asset optimisation
Testing & Go-Live
- Conduct full QA testing (performance responsiveness functionality)
- Manage staging production deployment
- Ensure a smooth go-live with zero downtime or data issues
- Monitor and resolve post-launch issues
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in WordPress (custom theme/plugin development)
- Proven experience in website migration projects
- Proficiency in:
- PHP
- JavaScript
- HTML/CSS
Experience with multilingual setups (WPML Polylang or similar)
Strong understanding of:
Technical SEO
Website performance optimisation
Experience with data migration URL mapping and redirects
Experience with CDN caching and hosting environments
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Experience with real estate/property websites
- Familiarity with Houzez or similar property systems
- Experience with multi-currency and geo-targeting
- Understanding of international investor audiences (UK US GCC)
Experience with headless WordPress or modern frontend frameworks
