About the role

The Director of Talent Acquisition leads our client’s Manila TA function and is responsible for scaling recruitment operations to support high-volume BPO growth. The role combines TA team leadership with workforce planning, recruitment strategy, hiring delivery and performance optimisation. Strong knowledge of the Philippine talent market and experience managing high-volume recruitment are central to the position.

What you'll do

The role combines TA team leadership with workforce planning, recruitment strategy, hiring delivery and performance optimisation. Strong knowledge of the Philippine talent market and experience managing high-volume recruitment are central to the position. What we're looking for

• Native or fluent Mandarin
• Forex & CFD industry experience
• Conversion or Retention sales experience
• Strong objection-handling and sales skills Target-driven mindset
• Willing to relocate to Dubai

Salary

$2,000 – $2,500 per month (net), plus generous commission
