ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Creative Designer to help deliver compelling marketing campaigns and brand experiences across the Middle East region.

Youll work across a wide range of channels creating high-quality creative assets that bring our campaigns products and brand to life.

Were looking for a creative designer who can contribute ideas develop creative concepts and execute work to a high standard across digital social web email events and print.

Working closely with the Middle East Marketing Manager youll play a key role in helping us scale creative output improve speed to market and reduce reliance on external agencies.

Creative Design & Campaign Delivery

• Design high-quality creative assets for marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and brand guidelines.

• Prepare design options layouts and visual concepts for review and feedback.

• Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate concept development asset creation and content adaptation

• Help evolve and maintain our visual identity across all customer touchpoints

• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and delivers a consistent customer experience

• Explore new creative approaches and technologies that enhance content quality efficiency and engagement

Creative Operations & Collaboration

• Partner with marketing manager and stakeholders to deliver design assets templates and creative solutions that meet business objectives

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail

• Prepare and deliver final artwork and assets across digital and print formats

• Collaborate effectively across global teams and contribute to a culture of creative excellence

AI & Creative Innovation

• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve creative workflows increase output and reduce production time

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive design tasks and streamline content creation processes

• Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and evaluate how they can be applied across creative and marketing functions

• Use AI responsibly and in line with brand legal compliance and governance requirements

• Contribute to the adoption of AI-enabled best practices across the wider creative team

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5 years experience in creative design or graphic design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign creative digital design branding events & print design work

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Canva and Figma

• Experience designing for social media digital advertising websites email marketing presentations and print

• Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly Midjourney ChatGPT or similar platforms to support creative development and content production

• Strong understanding of typography layout visual hierarchy and brand design principles

• Experience working within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative thinking to projects

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent English Arabic is a plus.

• Motion graphics or basic video editing experience using After Effects Premiere Pro CapCut or similar tools.

• Experience creating short-form social media content animated banners GIFs or simple video assets.

• Experience building AI-assisted creative workflows or implementing creative automation processes

• Experience working with global brands or international marketing teams

• Experience within financial services fintech or regulated industries
