This is a senior commercial leadership opportunity focused on building and scaling an aviation aftermarket and MRO business from the ground up.

You will own the global sales strategy across rotables, expendables, engines, and landing gear.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on business development, relationship management, and complex deal execution.

You will build trusted relationships with airlines, MROs, lessors, and other key aviation industry stakeholders.

Working closely with sourcing, logistics, and compliance teams, you will help create an efficient and scalable commercial operation.
